Delete Your Swipe & Sniff Account
We’re sorry to see you go! You can permanently delete your Swipe & Sniff account and its associated scent memories at any time.
Delete Your Account in the App
The easiest way to delete your account is directly from Swipe & Sniff:
Account → About & Privacy → Delete Account
After you confirm, your Swipe & Sniff account and associated user data will be permanently deleted.
This includes your:
- Likes
- Nopes
- Private Notes
- Swipe & Sniff account
Account deletion cannot be undone.
Request Deletion Without the App
If you no longer have access to Swipe & Sniff, you can request account deletion by emailing:
Please email us from the same email address associated with your Swipe & Sniff account and include “Delete My Account” in your message.
We may need to verify that you are the account owner before completing the request.
Once your identity is verified, we will delete your Swipe & Sniff account and associated user data, except for information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or similar legitimate purposes.
